Spa Policies and Etiquette

At Looks Medical Aesthetics, we strive to bring you an environment where the highest levels of skin and body care are provided to nurture the well-being of mind, body and spirit. Infusing twenty-first century techniques with knowledge of ancient modalities, our goal to tailor each treatment to any individual’s own needs while providing access to new innovative techniques.

Appointment Reservations

In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointment, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. To accommodate certain treatment services a credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation with a deposit. Gift Certificates may also be used in lieu of a credit card to hold your appointment. Details of our cancelation policy are provided below.

Cancellation Policies and Fees

Your treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa’s scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Please note some procedures may require more than 48 hours notice.

Any cancellations with less than 48 hours of notice or not within our procedure cancelation policy are subject to a cancelation fee. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged the cancelation fee and will be required to pay prior to rebooking. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.

Check in

We ask that you please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. Should you arrive 10 minutes or more late for your service you are subject to a cancelation fee and having to reschedule your appointment for a future date. Should the provider be able to accommodate you for service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. Full price of scheduled services will apply, so please plan accordingly.

Prices and Payment

Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment.

Personal checks are accepted with proper I.D. Returned checks will be subject to a $30 NSF fee. We also accept Care Credit financing. Any gift cards, coupons or spa packages must be mentioned at time of booking.

Gift Certificate Policy

Gift Certificates are available in any amount and may be purchased at the spa, by phone at 970-669-1500 or you may contact us below. Out of town? Too busy? No problem. We will mail your gift certificate to you. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates even if lost, misplaced or stolen. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed as cash. Gift Certificates must be mentioned when making your appointment.

Personal Belongings

We encourage our clients to leave all jewelry and valuable items at home. Looks Medical Aesthetics not responsible for lost or misplaced items.

Spa Promotions

Spa specials cannot be used in combination with any other offer, promotions, spa memberships or third part gift certificates.

Age Requirements

Children under 16 are not permitted in the Spa unattended unless a service is being performed on the child. Special services are available for children under the age of 16.

Gratuity

Gratuity is not included in the price of service or spa packages, customary tipping runs 15% to 20% but is, of course, at your discretion. You may tip the provider in the room or upon check out at the front desk with cash, check or credit card. With parties of 3 or more a 20% gratuity will be added to the final bill.

Refund Policy

Product Refunds:
We will be happy to accept returns on unopened products purchased from the spa within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

Service Refunds:
There are no Cash or Credit Back refunds on services. We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transaction on any spa treatment series that are purchased. We will, however, exchange them for other products or spa credit of equal value.
